Bear Lodge is a spacious 3-level handcrafted log home located directly on the Trent-Severn Waterway, designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable group getaways. The main living area features a soaring vaulted ceiling, large windows overlooking the water, and a real wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm, cozy atmosphere.

The lower level includes a full game room with a pool table, lounge seating, and direct walkout access toward the waterfront and private outdoor hot tub. The indoor sauna is located just off the game room, providing a relaxing spa-like experience year-round.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas, Bear Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Its direct waterfront location makes it an ideal choice for families and groups looking to enjoy the water and natural surroundings of the Trent-Severn Waterway.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, number of guests, holidays, and weekends. Minimum-stay requirements may apply. Hot tub is maintained to 105°F standard. Security deposit and government taxes are required. For long weekends, Christmas, New Year’s, and peak summer dates, rates may differ from standard nightly pricing.
